Avon Navigation short term licence
The Avon Navigation are supporting this event and have agreed to a short term licence concession for rally entrants only, giving time to reach the river festival site via their respective navigations. The fees will be collected and licences issued by the Rally Committee only. The licence will not be valid outside this period or for boats not attending the Rally
