Festival rally entry fee
The rally entry fee for the Evesham River Festival is £10.
There is free mooring at Sankey Marine after the festival until the following weekend. Please let organisers know if wish to use them.
The Avon Navigation are supporting this event and has agreed to a short term licence concession for rally entrants only, giving time to reach the river festival site via their respective navigations. The fees will be collected and licences issued by the Rally Committee only. The licence will not be valid outside this period or for boats not attending the Rally
Concessionary Avon Navigation Licence Fees
- Seven Day £25.
- Fourteen Day £30.
- Rally entry fee £10.

The rally theme is “Countries of the world” for 2023
Terms and conditions
- The Evesham River Festival committee cannot accept responsibility for any injury or damage to persons, or vessels howsoever cause
- All craft attending will receive a rally Plaque
- Moorings will be in accordance with the Harbour Masters Plan
- Boats may be moored abreast
- All craft must display a current Avon Licence and have relevant registration and insurance at the time of the rally
- All generators must be switched off by Midnight on Friday and Saturday
- No refuelling of petrol or diesel engines on rally moorings
- All minors and dependants are the responsibility of carers at all times
- The river festival event management reserves the right to remove any vessel from rally moorings
